Sew Like a Pro - weekly lessons : Booking & Cancellation Policy as at 1st April 2022

Q: How do I pay for my lessons?

A: Bank transfer or cheque.

 

Q: How many lessons do I pay for at a time?

A: You pay by the 1st monthly at the latest. Payment is made on a monthly basis for the weeks that you plan to attend from those available. ie:

  • Thursday lessons in May: 4 Thursdays in May. But you can only attend 3 – pay for 3 by the 1st of May and let me know which ones.

  • Thursday lessons in June: 5 Thursdays in June. Only 4 of those are available as the 1st Thursday is TT week so no lessons. You only plan to do 3 of the remaining 4 – then you pay for 3 and let me know which ones.

 

Q: What happens if I can’t attend one of my lessons?

A: You have the option to catch up your missed lesson. There are various time slots available to do this and you will have until the end of the following month to catch up. Hopefully giving plenty of time to fit it in. If you are unable to attend another slot within the time frame given then the lesson will be lost.

Q: How do I pay for the workshop?

A: Bank transfer or cheque.

Q: What happens if I can’t attend the workshop?

A: Any cancellations will be refunded if the space can be filled.

  • Deposits are non refundable

  • Payment by bank transfer or cheque.

  • 50 % of total cost due on receipt of your items being received at Make it Sew HQ

  • Payment in full required on completion.

  • All digital downloads are non refundable - if you cannot open the download please contact me to arrange a resend.
